That's why I asked: Can someone proof GGL is indeed Gebr.Gloerfeld from Lüdenscheid??

I have not found proof for it. So, I am looking for written proof and not just "I have
heard". The buckle reverse I showed is from a RAD leader's buckle from about
1939/1940. The reverse not even shows a date nor the regular RLAD sign! So, it just was a question!

i think the police buckle is later because never seen with leather tab ........

Out-of-heart I do not know if Gloerfeld made them with leather tab, they
surely will have. There were concerns that made them already in late 1936
(Overhoff) and about 1937 with tab.
