I promise you that I am not being sarcastic, however that is not what you originally stated and I am unfortunately not a mind reader. It really does not matter now though and at least we have here for future reference, Police buckles by Osang both with and without leather tongues.

So.. Based on the examples shown.. The middle "Dimple" can suffice to say determine GHO as the maker regardless of the tab.. Seems probable IMHO..

The stitching may be off a bit,, but it resembles these examples a tad.. For the tunic protector.. Just my two cents.
