Hi folks,i picked this up. Buckles are something i know nothing about. I'm not too optimistic of it

Stewy now I have seen the pics it is a good police buckle by Richard Seiper & Sohne, Ludensheid, the triangle marks are early Seiper marking so probably a 1935/36 made buckle. Good buckle my old mucker

Nice looking buckle....100% legit. Any chance that there is some gold gilding on there - or remnants thereof? Might be the pics - but it could be a Wasserpolizei buckle? Harbor Police perhaps?
In any case....she's a good one!
