Just my opinion guys but I think these are late war period buckles they are quite common to find. Some are absolutely dreadful in regards to quality they vary in standards from one to the next.

You will find a few 1943 dated tabs but they are rare. I consider anything after Stalingrad in Feb. 1943 as late war. We may never know who produced these or when but they are original.
