This bucke in question is as far as I can surmise basaed on the posts on the forum is a
E. Ferd. Weinmann, Frankfurt.. As well as the Tab.....However the tab is also stamped Otto Stephan, Mulhausen on the tab...... Manufacturing error or hastily produced ??? Thanks... P.S. Look closley at the tab

This buckle is a Landpolizei buckle, made by F W Assmann

The skull and cross bones buckles you are referring to are fakes
