Which badges/medals might this LW-officer have worn ?

Article about: How long is a piece of string? You could make him the most highly decorated NCO or the least. I would stick to those decorations that seem most likely even though there is no evidence of wha

Here's what I've got so far.
    - EKII.
    - DRL bronze.
    - ROAG cloth version.
    - And the BWB.
I'm thinking of upgrading the EKII to an EKI and the BWB to a SWB.
Still need an Afrika cuff title, metal ROAG, and a bombers clasp to complete the grouping.
Later on maybe a visor cap and insignia.
Looking good so far. If you upgrade to an EK1 you can still keep the EK2 on display or maybe get a ribbon bar to represent it. I would go for a ROAG badge in metal for a better visual effect than the cloth badge. While practical and certainly worth their place in collections, they just don't do it for me in a display such as this but that is only my thought of course and you can decide for yourself!

Looking for LDO marked EK2s and items relating to U-406.....

    Thanks Adrian.
I will probably keep the cloth ROAG in the display, even after I have gotten a metal version. I'm thinking of adding a cloth breast eagle too.
Unfortunately the metal ROAG, Afrika cuff title and bombers clasp are so expensive that it will probably be a while, before I can include those, to my display

I have just been told that the breast eagle is a well known "Hump/hunch backed fake "

A popular term for fakes it seems, there is a hump backed fake helmet chinstrap also. Nice group mate, I really like the impression. Considering my collecting focus I would be wrong not to suggest a nice early Luft M35 helmet

It's a nice one, but I think I'll wait and see. Since I'm going to a militaria show next weekend.

That's fine, just don't get caught with another humpback!

I think I have learned my lesson on the humpbacks
Maybe I should look for a Luftwaffe bootknife in the near future.... I love those...
But I think my main objective is some hangers, to complete the dagger....
