I was just wondering if this was a genuine WW2 insignia badge? I may have seen a few of these before along with others), but I am unsure. Could it be a fantasy piece? Any inputs would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Looks like a L/56... Pretty sure it's good... Check the makers list and please post photos so that their not neck breakers G

This is a Verwundetenabzeichen 1939 in Schwarz (Wound badge 1939 in Black.)

Maker is L/56 or Funcke & Bruninghaus

Looks good to me.
