Its a good tombac wide pin wound badge from the Vienna mint (Hauptmunzamt Wien) Maker marked '30'. Looks to be probably a silver grade.

are there more wound bagge with an wide pin ,or just the 30 manifactur..just curius and is it a more special .the most i see is with an small pin
