Help with a Verwundetenabzeichen in Schwarz (based on awful photos)

Hi guys, and I apologize in advance for the quality of these photos, but is it possible to tell from them if there is anything that immediately gives this wound badge away as being a fake? The catch seems strange to me, but from the photos, I can't tell for sure. If there's nothing that gives it away 100% as phony, I may take a shot at it, since I don't have one of these yet.

These are very common, I would wait until you can find one that you are sure of,

Well, the price was pretty low, so I thought it might be worth giving a try if there isn't anything obviously bad about it. I'm sure I will end up 'trading up' for a better one at a later date.

I wouldn't waste my cash on it as nicer ones are available starting around $30...
