    Hi Tom, an unmarked "30".

    It is good.

    Note the very tiny die flaw (in the dotted background area) to the rear of the helmet, just above where the skirt starts to flare out.

    Thank you very much Ade, when I saw this on auction for $36 I couldn't resist. I believed it to be good, but it's always best to check in here first.
    Now I have gold , silver and black wound badges. Lovely finish still on the badge, according to weight in hand I take it it is tombak?

    Thanks Stewy, the seller has had many WW2 German items through his hands before, yet he described this as a brass Condor legion WB??
    I cannot complain for $36, mate. Now for the Holy Grails of WB's... :-)

    That's no lie Stewy. BTW, I noted that one of my BWB's has the same hardware setup as the gold. Would that make it the same maker?
