opinions ....Silver hollow back, maker marked 4 .....

I know there is quite a debate on this. .... there are a few very tiny "black" spots, under a glass they appear to be dirt not paint. Some believe there are late war hollow silver versions. I took these quick.

Just confirmed. .... it was indeed Black. A couple guys were buying up the black, stripping and then painting.
