Verwundetenabzeichen 1939 in Gold, Marked L/63

Article about: Hi all, I'm looking to purchase this Gold Wound Badge, with maker mark L/63. Does she look good? I never seen a pin back like this before on a wound badge, so it concerns me a bit. Thanks, D

    Hi Dan,

It's a Floch fake using his favourite 'Coke bottle pin' that can also be found on badges by him marked 'L/14' and another that's unmarked. He uses the obverse design for fakes of the makers '30', '127' and 'L/53' as well as several unmarked variant rear set ups.

For the record, L/63 (Osang) didn't produce wound badges.

    Hope this helps.

    Regards, Ned.
