    No! This is a fake from the Hero/Staegemeier stable. It catches out collectors and dealers all the time, a close examination of the badge will reveal commonal flaws (very small pits in the reverse) incorrect hinge and catch (again only slight, but wrong when compared with originals) and the lack of a signature tool mark on the pin bend. Heres another fake the same. I've highlighted a couple of flaws that match both badges closely.
