Hi all.

This came from a carboot sale. I am certain that it is a bit of a stinker to be honest, but it came with some other bits so not a disaster! The pin is clearly wrong, and I think the detail is shoddy. In fact the more I look at the pics the poorer it looks. Good experience in a way, seeing repro/fake items. Is there a market for this kind of thing? Display or re-enactors etc? Might make back the £8.....

Yep it looks like it's a cast fake. As for reselling i'm sure you'll get your £8 back if you sell it as a repro.

At least I can offset the cost. It was worth it for the mint '37 dated british gas mask. (at least they are not faked... I hope.)
