It's a Floch fake. Can you post photos with the pin down please to confirm. I don't think Osang actually made Verwundetenabzeichen.

As Nick suggests, try a search for 'Floch'. It is the name of a notorious faker whose wares fool many collectors but can be avoided if you know what to look for!by donkihotis7
The other thing to do is try and find an original Osang badge - hence my comment about this maker producing them.
