There is an R.K. below the hinge. The hardware is correct for a Rudolph Karneth badge.
This one is either ground dug or suffers from very poor storage.

Wow, you have better eyes than mine Ralph. I am guessing poor storage as it comes with WW2 US uniform,kit etc. Is $60 too much in this condition?

a vasaline bath and you got a good badge it will clean up ok imo.$60 go get it.
