Both badges are fake. The design is taken from an S&L badge but it's let down by the crappy looking eagles head and the dimpled driving lights. The big giveaway as already mentioned, is the 'floating' swastika that is not attached to the turret, something never found on genuine S&L panzer assault badges.
The reverse of both show two variants of many different hardware set up's employed by the faker. The soft scooped reverse is pure fantasy, this type of design was never used by S&L.
