I posted pics of what I thought was the "same maker." The one I posted shows differences than yours. Take a close look. Example - "headlights" on the front of the tank.

The badge posted originally is fine, known as the 'classic set up' it shows a couple of accepted flaws seen in originals. These are the excess material between the eagles wings and the swastika, and the hairline flaw at 7 o'clock from the track links through the oakleaf wreath.
