This is an unmarked example made by Frank & Reif and appears to be bronze but difficult to tell with the lighting.
I have posted my silver and bronze marked examples to compare.

If it wasn't for the reverse side showing any wear at all, I'd have thought it was unissued. Beautiful condition.
