I agree with Ralph that this is a good back.
Doing an overlay of the 'Hoard' badge that I posted yesterday it is a perfect match.

The thing that made me believe that this is an original aside from the die flaws on the eagle's left wing, is the fact that there is a small flaw on the left track near the top that is not seen on Staegmeir fakes.
