    It has been a little while since I have been able to add another PAB to my collection. This solid zinc example has a sheet metal wrap around hinge that is crimped in. The round wire, ? shaped catch is also crimped in. This one retains almost all of it's silver finish.

    Very nice and great finish. I have its twin which also looks like it was made yesterday. From what I recall there was a S&L hoard find a while back containing a number of later variants including these.

    That is a badge in very good condition.

    Must have been "kidnapped" from a 3th reich storage and then placed in a new storage in the US/UK.
