Panzerkampfabzeichen in Silber Aurich

Hello,
I recently got this Panzerkampfabzeichen in Silber.
I know that there are many fakes of it, so i wanted to show it to you.
Unfortunately the needle and hook are gone....




Ps. Can anyone tell me why my picktures always lie across?

Looks original to me (could do with better pics of the eagles head) shame the pin hinge and hook are missing, maybe ripped of a tunic by an allied souvenir hunter! Regards Paul.

There are very good fakes of this badge.

The grass area seems to have a lot of detail in it and I don't like the eagle's face.
The hardware could have been removed because it would have given this one away, (could have been a ball hinge).

You might want to read a couple of threads as to why your photos are being posted sideways. you have not explained if you are using a PC, phone, or tablet?
Some ideas in this thread you might wish to try.

There is only one variant of this maker, they should be the same.

If you look at Ralph's the sharpness and clarity are quite different than the softness of your badge in my opinion .

If I understand correctly you're saying that if a Hermann Aurich is found with a ball hinge, it is a reproduction.
