That is the correct eagle for the design type 5 (also called the Vienna Design). The known makers who utilised this type were Souval, Orth, Hobacher, RRS, Wallpach and EWE as well as several makers that never maker marked their badges. As is well known, the first three makers came from Vienna, and Wallpach was also Austrian coming from Salzburg, hence the alternate "Vienna Design" title.
Here is a genuine unmarked Type 5/Vienna Design badge that shows many of the details found in your copy, although bear in mind it is only BASED on this design, there being key differences in design, set up and base material that have already been mentioned.
