There are many things I like about the badge, a few minor things I don't and some I'm not sure about.
At the moment I'm on the verge of giving it a tentative thumbs up but this is a high end badge so I really don't want to commit and make a mistake if there is money at stake so I hope someone can give you a more definite answer either way.

Hi guys,

I like this one. Based on these pics, no alarm bells are going off, looks like very typical details and hardware to original JFS badges. Finish is also in great condition, I like it from what I can see.
