Im not an expert but it looks bad to me.
I believe this seller may have lived up to his reputation. I cast my opinion as bad, also. The detail is horrible. A cast fake perhaps.

In her best -antiques page he sell with Staegemeir Antiques GmbH name.
He answer me this:

This company does not exist anymore. The company was closed in 2009.
He change the name and now he say me he don´t sell me it.
But all are the same. I do not understand the police don´t close his shop0
