It is a 4 rivet allgemeines sturmabzeichen i don't see any problems.

I wouldn't want it for my collection. The eagle's beak is totally wrong to start with. This one is mine for comparison.

Hi Asp,

Take a look at the recent 4 rivit GAB posting on German Combat Awards. That badge has the correct style eagle head but the reverse is identical to the one you posted. It has the same imperfection on the upper left side of the hinge. There are several identical features. It also has the same imperfection above the second rivit on the grenade.

That badge might be good. I've seen plenty of badges having the same flaws. That beak just looks odd.

Thank you for posting your badge John. The differences would be enough to put me off and if I did purchase such a badge I would never be able to see it in my collection and not be wondering about it.
