Allgemeines Sturmabzeichen "25"
Gents,
Could this GAB 25 be real? Seller wants $850. Seems low even in rough condition with broken catch.

You need to read this thread please.
The Use of German Terminology.
Also, try to post in the correct section.
You really should ask for a reverse photo as well.

Hello Jimmy. If it's deemed a fake they did a pretty good job of it. IMO it looks the part. But with the state that it's in what does it take away in value? My only real hang-up is the gold wash on the eagle K98 and grenade? At the asking price please wait for others opinions. But compare the badge you posted to these examples. Best regards

Brian,
Thank you for the reply. The badge on that link is a beauty!

I agree Jimmy both are bueaties! Did the seller happen to say where the badge came from, to be found in this state? Just curious. If deemed good the condition it's in wouldn't bother me personally. But $850 is still a heck of an investment comparitvely i can see where you're coming from given a pristine examples value, I guess it's fair. I hope all turns out good for you! Best of luck!
