Looks good to me, is that a touch of Vaseline around the hinge, it looks a bit 'greasy' for want of better words?

Yes you are right but i think its 3in1 not wd40 nor duck oil not vas.Dosent smell like it and i dont rearly want to taste it ,ha ha
Only got it about 2 months ago it was like that when i got it.
There is slight rust to the hinge and catch as you can see.
STILL a great original of a very very faked RK .Thanks for looking Ned

Looks textbook to me! The finish on the wreath is sharp and bright and the eagle is an easy match for it. Couldn't ask for much nicer! Great to see a decent Genuine Assault Badge for once! Thanks for posting! We're certainly looking forward to seeing more of your collection!
