IMO not good, the catch is replaced for sure.

I am fairly sure this badge is good. The reverse is identical to a known original. I am not sure of the maker but, give me some time I may get back with an answer. For sure, the catch has been repaired and the rear looks a little salty. But this is no indication of reproduction.

If this came with other stuff, I would like to see what it came with!
