I'm bad with badges but from the detail im gonna make a guess on saying that it is bad. Maybe a cast iron fake if im right?
I don't like it, looks like a fake that seems to be based on the Karneth/Kriesel design, note how the block hinge appears to be cast into the badge and the semi hollow reverse is more or less non existent. I think this one may have a high lead content looking at it. Not for me.
