Relic Allgemeinesturmabzeichen - Maker????

Hi all,
Not really a badge collector but I AM a relic collector, and so this dug GA fitted in well.
I don't know who the maker might have been - does the construction give any clues?

Nice badge Dan, looks good. I think the relic badges look great and would go with your helmets.

Cant help with the maker though

Hi Jason,
Yeah like I need more stuff!! I just lugged home an aluminium & glass display cabinet today ( 1800 long, 900 high & 500 deep )
The missus saw me before I got it hidden away .... I'm in deep doodoo now!

Hey Dan,
sorry to say but I do have some doubts concerning thise badge.
I hope I am wrong, but seing the dammage on the badge and the lack of dammage on the needle and the fittings makes me wunder....
Mind; I am no badge expert!
Hope others will react.

HI Kris,
I agree that the pin looks different compared to the rest of the badge - BUT, look a the hook in the last photo - the pin diameter is the same and also the plating. It looks like the round wire and hooks are made from a material that didn't corrode like the badge????

Indeed, the are of a different material.
But still....
Haven't got the time to put mine to compare, if you still have the link to my items, have a look for your self, I think I had a more or less similar constructed badge among them.
