This Infanterie Sturmabzeichen is for sale for about $90, I seen some better looking ones, but is this real and a fair price?

Adrian, this is indeed the same badge. 3volve has approached the same seller that I originally got the photos from.

I'm a bit peeved about that, seller obviously does not feel he needs to give me decent photos anymore since we have done many deals to date.
