I was on Ebay and noticed this infantry assault badge for sale, which is rare since German militaria isn't sold that often on Ebay anymore.

What are your thoughts on it?

Some would pay this much for this badge in this comdition but I also see that it says, "make an offer", I would suggest you offer him less and see what he says.

"What would most people pay..." How long is a piece of string? What you do is a little research on dealer sites to get a feel for market value and where this "asking price" fits in the range. (it is in very good condition).
