A very nice bronze grade AS in Triangle...
This is one of three slightly different obverse designs produced by AS in Triangle and is what I refer to as the Die 2 example.
It has a (5) vein 1R wreath leaf and has the flat material catch. A round wire catch can also be found on this particular variation.
The tape description most likely was applied by the person who collected this one as a souvenir...it adds interest to the piece.
Myself, I would keep it off the ISA and research some of the archival supply companies for a safe product to remove the adhesive from the reverse.
It also looks like there's a little green verdigris one the front. I would clean it off with a little vaseline and store it properly.
