Sorry, I know this is a bit boring. From what ive learned, I believe this to me a fake. Can't tell if the marking on the back is a makers mark or what. Any opinions are welcomed. Thanks in advice.

I believe you're right, it is fake.

I can only agree with Adrian, this one is a fake based on the Deformed Leaf solid (now attributed to Deumer). The 3R leaf outline is where the nickname originated from.

The mm is interesting, any chance of getting clearer pics of it?

The 3R position-outline of the so called Deformed Leaf examples is unique to that variant.
The leaf shape is where the nickname comes from. Here is one of mine with the position circled and a arrow pointing to the outline of the wreath leaf.
