Hi Guys, this one came into work this week. Has a bit of zinc pest, but original.
Others will be able to say if the maker is common or not.
Cheers, Ade.

Hi Ade, these FCL's are not a common ISA. Shame about the zinc pest, Vaseline bath IMO is needed. These are one of the most vaulted ISA's out there. Thanks for posting. Stewy
If this one turned up at my work Ade, I'd give it a job all day long. Stewy
Thanks Stewy. Not being a specialist on these, I was hesitant to call it. But I cannot recall ever seeing many of these.
Cheers, Ade.

FCL Infanterie sturmabzeichen
Hi Ade
I agree with my mate Stewy...a good Franke & Co., Lüdenscheid example.
As a favorite of collectors, these usually command a premium price with the large maker mark and unique hardware system.
That said, I'm of the opinion these are not as rare as once thought.
I also would recommend a coating of Vaseline to slow down the zinc pest eating away at the base material.
Best Regards, fischer
