Hi Gents.
Can anyone identify this Infanterie Sturmabzeichen? It's spot on weight and dimension wise in Sascha's book for a Deschler & Sohn and the hardware looks pretty close too.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
Cheers

Hi Mark,i'd say it's a "slim stalk" type. Quite possibly something to do with Deschler,if not made by them. Stewy
Hi mark
I agree with my Mate Stewy...This one is referred to by Collectors as the Slim Stalk variant and it is my opinion that it is a member of the Deschler family.
Best Regards, fischer
Cheers Stewy and Fischer. Appreciate it. It is a nice piece, one of 5 un-marked pieces that I picked up and have been trying to identify. I think I've done that now, and appreciate your help.
Many thanks

Very nice one, beautiful condition, congrats!
Congrats Mark, that is a nice badge! Is this variant common?

Cheers Janos and Adrian.
Not sure if they are a common variant or not.
Out of the batch of 5 that i acquired, 2 of them were really nice, this and one that i have identified as a SHuCO. If i get time at the weekend i will try and photograph them all together.
Thanks for all your comments. Well appreciate it.

Its a common variant IMO, but not in a mint condition.
Thanks János, Stewy,
Always good to know how rare a particular variant is for future reference!
