Hi,

Here is one of my favorite ISA that I have had for a while, "ÜÜ" marked for E. Ferdinand Wiedmann (Frankfurt am Main).

Hello Jonas

A great looking bronze grade E. Ferd Wiedmann example with sheet metal hinge and "?" style catch.

I'm of the opinion these Wiedmanns (which are visibility thinner when compared to the L/51 marked examples) are a later war variant and the low quality washes used at this time did not hold up well.

This one is in top condition and the finish is fantastic.

I haven't seen very many bronze grade Wiedmans that have retained their finish this well.
