This one is referred to as the semi-hollow "H" example and the maker is unknown.
Only speculation exists on who actually manufactured this one.
The "H" nickname comes from a hollow example (see below) that has the same obverse design as this one.
It has a single raised "H" on the lower wreath near the catch.

Thank you for your explanation . I probably would have never found the maker on this one with just comparing obverse designs :/.
Could my IAB be more late war due to the fact that it has a more crude back finish than your example?
