Re: InFanterie Sturmabzeichen is it real ??
Hello All
As stated, this one is an original Carl Wild and considered the later of the two CW variants due to the hardware set up and finish type.
In regards to value, there is some finish left but I would say it's in worn condition. The broken catch and missing badge pin are very detrimental to the value.
It is also not extremely rare when compared to other Infanterie Sturmabzeichen's. I think you would be hard pressed to get 65 US for this one.
Best Regards, fischer

No matter the appearance, this will Always be a severely damaged badge and will only be accepted by relic collectors and new collectors. To me, it would be akin to a coin collector being offered a drilled and holed coin for sale. Unfortunately, I would estimate it's vale in the $25 or possibly $30 at the most.
