It's a semi hollow SHuCo, with Wiedmann type hinge. Stewy

I agree with the others, a ShuCo Design semi-hollow example with the lily-pad hinge hardware.
The catch is not one I have seen before on this zinc semi-hollow ISA.
Usually, this variant has a large circular catch plate with a four-sided rectangular contour, C-shaped catch.
I have attached mine to compare.
