Badge has some imperfections on the eagle, as well on the back, but Im mainly concerned about the eagle. I marked them with red circle, open and zoom in to see better. These kinds of holes, and bubbles appear on the items that were digged out, but as you can see here, they dont appear on the whole badge evenly, which makes me think, this one wasnt found in the ground. How else could you explain it? I could consider a poor quality cast, but this too, I guess should affect entire badge, and not just a fragment.

I agree with my good friend here...an original wartime Rudolf Souval, Wien.

The imperfections in the zinc are a common attribute with this maker and it appears the QC dept. was let go as the fortunes of war deteriorated.
Here is one I have to compare.
