    Hey gang!

I have been looking at this Infanterie Sturmabzeichen for a few minutes this morning and I wanted to post it for review. I like the quality of the front of the badge and the pin and catch assembly doesn't immediately send up and red flags the back of the badge however has a semi hollow back construction and I haven't seen anything like it.

    Thoughts?

I believe this is a good one from an unknown maker.

I agree with Ralph, 'Vienna' design semi hollow type with sheet metal hinge and circular catch plate.

    In excellent condition too.

I agree with Ralph and Ned, this semi hollow rifle type is a known variation and I would also venture to say it's original.

Looking for LDO marked EK2s and items relating to U-406.....

Ned is spot on...a very nice Vienna Design semi-hollow example.
