ISA silber f.o. ORIGINAL or Fake?
ISA silber f.o. ORIGINAL or Fake?
Hello there,
I believe this one is OK.
William Kramer
Hello
For me there are a couple of things that give me a bad feeling. The mm looks too fat or flattened when compared to the examples of accepted f.o. originals. The saw marks on the reverse next to the swazy / k98 gap I have not seen on a Orth before. The obverse is very convincing with the vein patterns and the stippling on the wreath leaves. There is one detail I found, on leaf L3 (left side of the wreath counting down from the eagle) there is a vein on the right that appears plugged and has different shape from known originals.
The maker mark is the big one for me, the "f" looks too flat and the "o" looks oblong in shape. Any possibility of quality scans?
Best Regards, fischer
