This is not an example that I have seen before. Looks like there is casting flaws and the bottom of the eagle does not look good. Any help is appreciated.

It's Schauerte & Hohfeld IAB.
Hey ryuuk ...It turns out that this can also be attributed to the early Schauerte & Hohfeld. Hardware fasteners in this version is different ....Here is my ISA contrastan , thin buntmetall with rem nants of silvering.
