It's just a suggestion but I would go for a Deschler Hoard piece if you want a complete set. They can be picked up very reasonably and you will get medal, envelope, ribbon and original tissue wrapping paper. Try a search for 'Deschler Hoard', there are many threads that include items from the find. Here are my 'Hoard' pieces.......
