Yes, an original medal and very cheap. Now you just need to find the correct ribbon. This might be harder than you think as regular KVK ribbons are easy to find. KVM ribbons on the other hand are remarkably scarce which is strange considering how common the medals are.

Lol - I once asked a dealer at a show how much the KVM ribbon
on his table was, and he said $20.........!

Funnily enough Steve, it seems strange but to find a piece of KVM ribbon is quite a rare occurance. I would suggest that $20 is not an unreasonable price bizarrely.

A strange thing when a piece of ribbon is actually worth more than a ribbon and medal!

Of course it can be overcome by just buying a medal with a decent length of ribbon.......

I like these basic medals. I see more KVK's around as compared to these, maybe just more desirable to most. Not sure Ive seen just a KVM ribbon w/out medal for sale ever.
