I have been offered this KVK 1st Class with sword - the maker is L58 Souval.
Can anybody please confirm that this is a wartime made example and not one of the many post war badges.

Honestly I would pass and get a nicer example. I can't tell if it's a War time peace on my phone, I will take a good look when I'm home.
Just got home, no doubt a war time piece.

it looks a wartime item to me zinc with finish gone.
I believe this is an wartime original piece, but in not so good condition.
