Anyone?
Jamie.....way too much money for that one.........you should be getting a box as well for that money.....they usually sell for around the £90 mark....and yes zinc pest.
It may be an s&L assembled post war...... could be wrong, but im not wrong on the price 😅 if you can wait and are not in a rush.....🙄
Yeah no rush for the kvk, just my eyes being greedy.
Regimentals have put one on today, an 800 marked silver one, no maker but I've looked on the KVK dna and elsewhere and initially I thought Meybauer but it might be an Otto Schickle.
Anyway, feck stumping up £360 for a kvk 1st class!!!
Told ya...... check this one out. Good price too....

It's got the classic Wiedmann set up, and these are really uncommon from what I'm lead to believe. That's probably why the price is considerably more than average. Still, it matters not a jot if you're looking for a nice purely representative piece, and often rarity doesn't always equate into a higher value as some collectors who are selling would like to think.
Regards, Ned.

We shall stick it out to the end, but we are getting weaker of course, and the end cannot be far.
It seems a pity, but I do not think I can write more. R. SCOTT.

Thanks Ned.
I do like it and would want it because it is a scarcer variant. I just don't think, after reflection, that the price is reasonable.
Now if there was such a thing as a Schinkel war merit cross, different story ha!
