Hello everyone !
I have this KVK cross in my hands but I am not sure if its original. There is no mintmark on the ring. I would like to know your opinion so I can trust the seller for future purchases !

It looks good to me.
Looks OK imo, not all medals had maker marks.
By the way, just because this medal looks good, don't trust the seller for future purchases! I'm not saying that he is a crook, but everyone makes mistakes, so it's best not to blindly trust any seller.
Erno definitely you are right ! I am planning to buy items from this seller one by one and then to post them here for a second opinion. A mass purchase possibly can bring "surprises" ! That's why i want to be sure 100% that my first item from him is original.
Caution is always in order! It's good to hear that you won't be taken.
Looks like a good piece.
Hi Nikos,
What's the strange cut mark on the arm? Is the base metal soft?
Looking for LDO marked EK2s and items relating to U-406.....
Hi Adrian
I also notice these small "scratches" and especially this long one at the right arm of the cross.
I guess they came from the non good "behavior" from the owners(s) all those years.
Using a knife .. yes you can mark the metal. But using your nails .. no.
I don't know how else I can do a hardness test.
